30-day returns with free return shipping
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: we pay for it, and there is no restocking fee.
How to start a return
- Email support@mendozas.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and drop it off with the carrier.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned unused, with all parts, accessories and manuals included. If an item arrives damaged or with parts missing because of use, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few business days to show the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email support@mendozas.shop with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
