Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days.
- Delivery: after shipping, delivery takes 5–10 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delays and lost packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays and bad weather. If your package has not arrived within the delivery window, or tracking shows it as lost or damaged, email support@mendozas.shop and we will sort it out.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the order ships.
