These terms apply to all purchases from Mendoza’s Bike Shop. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery times.
Returns and refunds
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Product information and warranty
We try to describe products and show them as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on screen. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies.
Safe use
Bicycles, e-bikes and cycling equipment must be assembled, maintained and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and local laws. Always wear a helmet.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
