Mendoza’s Bike Shop
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Mendoza’s Bike Shop is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Collecting is for everybody, and shopping for it should be too — we want every visitor to be able to browse, evaluate condition details, check out, and get support with ease, whatever assistive technology they use.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility — and we treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering practice, not a one-time checkbox. As technology and best practices evolve, so does the site.
The site is built to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers. Some embedded third-party content — for example, external carrier tracking pages — is outside our control; where a third-party tool gives you trouble, contact us and we will provide the same information directly.
Web accessibility is continuous work. Despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible — we are actively identifying and resolving issues, and reports from real users are the most valuable input we get.
If you encounter any difficulty using our website, email support@mendozas.shop with a description of the issue and the page where it occurred. Two commitments:
